About The Position

Join our Outside School Hours Team and become an integral part of our mission to support school-aged children and young people (aged 5-18) with disabilities in choosing the lives they want to live. In this role you will oversee the operational performance across Yooralla High Intensity OSHC programs, with a focus on staff development, operational consistency, and performance outcomes. The position will ensure Yooralla High Intensity OSHC programs deliver high-quality education and care, meet compliance and business standards, and uphold organisational values in every decision and interaction. As part of this managerial role, you will be required to travel to our key service sites across Dromana, Kalkallo, Port Melbourne, Niddrie and Ascot Vale.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience in the Early Childhood, Disability, or School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes.
  • Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for OSHC programs, while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive “can do” attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work.
  • Successful appointment with Yooralla is subject to mandatory safeguarding checks, including a Working with Children's Check and evidence of Australian work rights, etc.
