About The Position

Responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of the Heart Failure Program. Coordinates the development and operation of the Heart Failure Program to improve the care of the patient with heart failure. Additionally, guides the growth and development of other staff members toward specified goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, required.
• Three to five years experience in nursing, preferably cardiac nursing, required.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related setting, required.
• RN, required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN Graduate Degree, preferred.
