GENERAL OVERVIEW: This position manages space allocations and ensures allocations align with developing long term campus goals and corporate strategic plans. Develop space programs, fit plans and scopes of work which can be shared with administration and executive leaders to make recommendations for the best use of campus resources. Direct internal architects, engineers, and other consultants, as necessary. Coordinates strategic planning activities with corporate initiatives. Acts as the liaison with AHN Executive leadership, internal project teams, city officials and DOH representatives.
