About The Position
The Manager, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) at Energy Vault is responsible for driving the culture around safety and quality management systems across the United States and potentially other countries in the Western Hemisphere. This role involves developing and maintaining HSEQ policies and procedures, monitoring project sites for compliance, managing contractors and employees, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality standards. The position requires collaboration with technical teams and participation in safety committees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
