About The Position

As a Health Plan Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our vendor/partners are meeting their contractual obligations. This role requires a strong understanding of health plan operations and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health plan operations.
• Strong knowledge of health plan operations, with detailed focus on group and member enrollment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to address multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily program operations with vendors, focusing on the case installation process including group and member enrollment.
• Generate internal and external operational reports including stoploss reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business needs and objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our health plan operations.
