About The Position

Oshi Health is revolutionizing GI care with a digital clinic model that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, managing, and treating digestive health conditions. As the Manager of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading client implementation and overseeing account management for both new and existing partners. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare, particularly in creating a revolutionary new approach to digestive healthcare that enhances the patient experience. In this role, you will lead internal implementation efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Clinical, and Commercial, to enhance partnership awareness of Oshi Health. You will be responsible for delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to customers and ensuring partner satisfaction. This hands-on position also involves conducting in-depth analyses to showcase client success stories and drive continued growth. You will own the end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts, ensuring that you drive success within owned partnerships. Your responsibilities will include driving marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts, ensuring prospective members are well-educated on the different GI solutions available within their benefit structure. You will work within internal Oshi Health systems to pull down key statistics and conduct ad-hoc analysis to highlight key stories and successes in performance to Oshi Health clients. This role is essential in continuing to drive growth within accounts and ensuring that our partners are satisfied with the services provided.
