As a Manager, Strategic Planning and Growth Operations located in Minneapolis MN or Birmingham, AL, you will be responsible for supporting the shaping of the Growth team's strategic direction, stewarding the Growth team's key bodies of work forward, and implementing operating SOPs (standardized operating procedures). You will ensure progress is made in the Growth Team's key planning moments and deliverables, track progress and business performance, and guide the Growth team's success for Shipt. You will influence change management for how we plan, execute, and measure the Growth team's strategies and success.
