Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships roles, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
  • Strong understanding of financial infrastructure and trading concepts.
  • Proven track record of leading high-stakes deals from start to finish.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Empathy for end-users and experience in identifying product-market fit.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Passion for crypto and an eagerness to learn about new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for partnerships within the Growth team, defined by cross-functional collaboration.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships across various sectors to drive product adoption.
  • Manage top corporate partnerships that span multiple product groups.
  • Provide insights into market intelligence and competitive landscape to product teams.
  • Lead complex deal negotiations from inception to execution, balancing speed and creativity.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of partnerships, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
