Requirements

8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships roles, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
Strong understanding of financial infrastructure and trading concepts.
Proven track record of leading high-stakes deals from start to finish.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Empathy for end-users and experience in identifying product-market fit.
Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
Passion for crypto and an eagerness to learn about new technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for partnerships within the Growth team, defined by cross-functional collaboration.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships across various sectors to drive product adoption.
Manage top corporate partnerships that span multiple product groups.
Provide insights into market intelligence and competitive landscape to product teams.
Lead complex deal negotiations from inception to execution, balancing speed and creativity.
Measure and communicate the business impact of partnerships, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
