About The Position
To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a strategic and proactive individual to support agency growth efforts. While we've purposefully designed a flat organizational team structure to allow for access and collaboration across all teammates, this position will directly report into the Associate Director-level teammates on the Growth team. The individual in this role will help lead and support the development of pitch materials and communications to deliver new and organic business acquisition. We're looking for an ambitious individual - someone who isn't afraid to share their ideas and ask questions within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
