About The Position

The Manager, Growth Analytics will be pivotal in managing the Commerce & Retail media reporting needs for a major CPG client. This role will manage the day-to-day data visualization and reporting needs of internal and external clients across all Commerce retailer partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics
  • Experience with reporting & data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and/or comScore
  • Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g. DBM)
  • Strong MS Excel & Power Point skills
  • Strong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environment
  • Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment

Nice To Haves

  • Agency and/or Commerce media or CPG experience
  • Data visualization and analysis experience, Excel and Tableau preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback on Commerce reporting
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Collaboration, including ability to respond to requests in a multi-stakeholder environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital media performance and measurement (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans) with Commerce focus
  • Holistic campaign reporting across Commerce and Brand retail media campaigns
  • Create and manage reporting solutions and visualizations (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization)
  • Communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agency
  • Manage 1-2 Analysts / Senior Analysts
