About The Position

We’re building a next-generation content engine—powered by LLMs, structured data, and editorial quality—to scale organic growth without compromising on brand trust, medical integrity, or user value. As our Growth & AI Content Systems Manager, you’ll be responsible for architecting and operating this system. You’ll take in keyword and topical inputs, run AI workflows (via platforms like daydream and Make.com), and QA content for accuracy, brand fit, and SEO performance. You’ll work to ensure that even at scale, our content reflects the authority and empathy our customers expect. You’ll make judgment calls on where quality thresholds must be held, where automation needs tuning, and how to evolve internal processes to balance speed, precision, and compliance. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, systems, and search—who’s excited to push boundaries, but never at the cost of trust or rigor. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Organic Growth & SEO, the Growth & AI Content Systems Manager is a high-visibility, cross-functional role. You will work closely with Editorial, Product, Engineering, Legal, Medical Review, and Organic Growth teams to shape the future of scalable, compliant content production. This role will support content systems across all major categories—Weight Loss, Hair, Sexual Health, Mental Health, and more—requiring a flexible, scalable approach that can evolve with our expanding roadmap and future category launches.
