As Manager of Group Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the fastest-growing segment of Ultimate Break's business. The group sales team is responsible for generating new leads; nurturing, managing and retaining prospects at scale; and working directly with prospective group coordinators to select the travel experience that best fits their needs. You will be responsible for sales strategy, lead generation, team structure, systems integration and internal communication as it relates to groups sales and will work closely with your counterparts in sales and collaboratively across other departments, especially our marketing, customer service and finance teams.
