About The Position
Desert Valley Hospital is seeking a Program Manager for the Family Medicine Residency Program. This position will manage the residency program and provide administrative support and oversight. Responsibilities include designing curricular rotations, tracking program expenses, troubleshooting residency issues, and evaluating and enhancing the program. The Program Manager will work closely with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME policies and will manage the program coordinator and residents/fellows. Collaboration with departments and faculty to develop course, academic, and research programs is also a key aspect of this role.
