  • Manage, develop, and lead a team of employees.
  • Oversee team performance and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute the team's strategic vision and plan.
  • Support HR and Payroll Applications for US and Canada.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Global People Systems teams, HR and Payroll Business teams, and SAP Platform teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities and support the team.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, trust, and open communication.
  • Ensure proper department coverage and understand department budget.
  • Coach and mentor employees for performance and career development.
  • Share information regularly with employees and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Encourage different approaches and ideas to accomplish goals.
  • Ensure compliance with IS security policy.
  • 2+ years proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing a diverse team in IT or Benefits/HR/Payroll.
  • Demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Adept at assessing issues and devising workable solutions quickly.
  • Able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Flexible and effective in a transitional ever-changing environment.
  • Detail oriented and thorough, with the ability to think big picture.
  • Good understanding of Core HR and Payroll systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.
