About The Position
The Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) will lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GRC platform at McDonald's. This role is critical in driving compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing processes and ensuring effective integration of the GRC platform with other systems. The manager will collaborate with business partners to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and develop reports for decision-making.
