Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
  • Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
  • Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program.

Responsibilities

  • The position will manage the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight.
  • The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking program expenses, troubleshooting residency issues and evaluating and enhancing the program.
  • In conjunction with the Program Director, the program manager will ensure compliance with ACGME policies.
  • The role manages the program coordinator, resident/fellows, collaborates with departments and faculty to develop course, academic and research programs.
