About The Position

The Manager, GM Rewards Customer, Value & Strategy is responsible for leading a team focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty through the GM Rewards loyalty program. This role involves setting objectives, monitoring customer feedback, managing technology updates, and overseeing financial metrics related to member value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of loyalty program experience with expertise in delivering consumer experiences digitally.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent relationship management and influence skills.
  • Proven track record in navigating cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading strategic visions and managing project execution.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on succinct messaging.
  • Energetic, hardworking, and willing to constructively challenge leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new solutions for customer benefit.
  • Strong understanding of finance, ROI, and payback.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor and report on customer experience via listening programs.
  • Monitor and report GM Rewards NPS and set targets for improvement.
  • Establish recurring customer listening sessions for the GM Rewards team to gather feedback.
  • Prioritize IT and Tech work needed to improve customer experience and eliminate friction.
  • Deliver all prioritized IT initiatives for GM Rewards.
  • Aggregate and report GM Rewards member value, recommending tactics to optimize it.
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, approving team initiatives based on member value.
  • Disseminate annual OKRs to the GM Rewards team, including growth and engagement targets.
  • Accountable for monthly finance reviews and variance explanations.
