About The Position

The Assistant Manager or Manager of Global Marketing at CeraVe will support the Global Senior Marketing Manager in driving the brand's expansion and product launches within the Body Moisturizer and Baby categories. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, manage marketing activations, and ensure alignment with brand vision and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a passion for skincare innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of industry-related marketing experience (beauty or consumer packaged goods).
  • Global marketing experience is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary co-creation projects is preferred.
  • Proactive self-management skills and ability to overcome obstacles independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous development and/or launch management experience is a plus.
  • Strong appreciation for skincare and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Senior Marketing Manager in overseeing Body Moisturizer & Baby Categories.
  • Help build a 3-year product innovation plan using consumer and scientific insights.
  • Partner with Labs and Industrial Development team to ensure product feasibility and timelines.
  • Assist in the end-to-end project launch process, including insights, formula direction, and packaging design.
  • Develop product concepts that align with business needs and brand equity.
  • Support the claims process, including clinical testing and medical studies.
  • Manage cost of goods to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Create vision for product packaging and collaborate on package development.
  • Execute market research and analyses to identify brand challenges and opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to create integrated consumer launch plans.
  • Coordinate communication across all Zones for managed categories.
  • Support sustainability initiatives related to product development.
