The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. As the Manager, Global Internal Engagement, you work collaboratively with the broader Global Retail Support (GRS) team to design and deliver only at Apple experiences for our teams, encompassing programs such as new hire onboarding, role specific training, growth and development campaigns, values and culture moments, and employee engagement. DESCRIPTION This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by leading the teams that design, evaluate and execute strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture, specifically guiding our global retail teams through the opportunities and changes presented by transformative technologies like artificial intelligence (AI). The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of organizational behavior, a passion for Retail, and a forward-thinking approach to leading teams through the ever-evolving landscape of technology.
