The Manager, Marketing, Global Events is responsible for leading the demand generation and ticketing revenue strategy for INBOUND, HubSpot’s largest event property, as well as, consulting on the marketing for other HubSpot Global events (GROW, Spotlight, etc). This role requires an expert event marketer skilled in all marketing channels including digital, social, content, email, paid media, sales and CS team enablement and AI-driven marketing innovations. The ideal candidate will drive registration and revenue growth while building brand awareness and engagement across HubSpot's events portfolio. Leading a team of marketing specialists, this role requires an experienced people manager, who will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, oversee co-marketing partnerships, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights to optimize event performance. The position demands expertise in creating immersive brand experiences and building year-round community engagement that extends beyond individual events. You'll be responsible for designing event marketing strategies that create emotional connections with audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.
