About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and executing the global eCommerce merchandising strategy to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance across multiple markets. You will lead campaign planning, oversee merchandising operations, and ensure high-quality onsite experiences that align with broader cross-channel strategies. This is a “player-coach” position that balances strategic ownership with hands-on execution in CMS and PIM systems. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize content, and scale global merchandising operations efficiently. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead a team responsible for both execution and operational excellence. Your work will directly influence sales growth, customer experience, and the success of global eCommerce initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital commerce, or related fields.
  • Proven success driving DTC performance through merchandising strategy and onsite execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and PIM tools for eCommerce merchandising.
  • Experience in global or multi-market commerce environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global eCommerce merchandising frameworks, promotional guidelines, and campaign best practices that scale across regions.
  • Lead global campaign planning and ensure alignment with marketing, product, creative, and sales teams.
  • Translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable merchandising strategies.
  • Oversee merchandising operations, including CMS/PIM updates, localization, QA, and campaign execution.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and implementing scalable processes.
  • Provide hands-on support during high-impact initiatives, complex updates, peak periods, or team transitions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for regional execution and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure merchandising aligns with pricing, promotions, and cross-channel initiatives.
