We build trust among employees, customers, shareholders, and the communities we serve, using strategic communications counsel across four core Delta pillars: Culture, Reputation, Brand, and Business. This communicator will work closely with teams throughout Delta's Commercial and International organizations, with particular emphasis on Network Planning and Revenue Management, to tell stories about Delta's global network, the value to existing and potential customers of Delta's premium products and services, and the airline's commitment to the customer experience. Role: The role reports to the General Manager - Global Communications | Commercial. The successful candidate will be an excellent writer with a knack for creativity, innovation and nontraditional storytelling, and will have a proven record of working collaboratively to understand, distill and communicate key business goals and strategies.
