About The Position

This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. As the Global Cash and Liquidity Manager for Aptiv's EDS Segment, you will oversee and support treasury operations across all regions, driving alignment and efficiency in global cash and liquidity management. Reporting directly to the Assistant Treasurer, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize working capital, enhance global visibility of cash positions, and streamline processes through improved use of the Treasury Management System (TMS).

Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate treasury or cash management, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and treasury systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence global stakeholders.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP TRM) and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global and regional cash management activities, ensuring liquidity needs are met across all business units.
• Provide oversight and strategic guidance on cash positioning, forecasting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with regional treasury teams, finance leaders, and business units to improve working capital performance.
• Enhance the functionality and usage of the Treasury Management System (TMS), eliminating inefficiencies and manual processes.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across treasury operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate policies and support strategic cash decisions.
