About the Role As the Manager, Global Benefits, you will shape and elevate Highspot's global benefits strategy. You will lead the design, implementation, delivery, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs globally, ensuring we remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Highspot's Total Rewards philosophy and business goals. To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in managing complex, multi-country benefits programs and a track record of delivering positive employee experiences.
