We are seeking a strategic Global Benefits & Recruitment Marketing Communications Manager with a strong background in writing, graphic design and brand marketing to join our award-winning communications team. This team is responsible for: developing compelling communications campaigns that engage and motivate colleagues to be and deliver their best; driving awareness and usage of American Express' broad range of colleague benefits, programs, and initiatives globally (70k+ colleagues); and promoting and protecting the brand externally via proactive PR and social media strategies. This role will specifically oversee colleague benefits communications relating to physical, financial and mental health, as well as recruitment marketing, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our position as a top company to work for.
