About The Position
The Manager, Global Benefits & Wellness is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefit and wellness programs for The Rockefeller Foundation's employees and retirees. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits, this role partners closely with colleagues across Human Resources, regional offices, Finance, legal counsel (internal and external), brokers, consultants, and actuaries to ensure benefits strategies support the well-being of staff and align with the Foundation's commitment to equity, care, and global impact.
