About The Position

At Fiserv, we believe in the possibilities of gift cards and their ability to change consumer behavior and enhance gift-giving experiences. As a Supply Chain & Fulfillment Manager, you will be an integral part of our Gift Solutions Advisory team, managing the day-to-day operations of gift card fulfillment. You will coordinate with supply chain partners, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure all service level agreements are met. This role emphasizes creativity, passion, and the drive to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment operations and supply chain management.
• 2+ years of experience with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles and client/vendor relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
• Knowledge of tools such as SAP Ariba, SCM, Power BI, Inquiry points, Service Now.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project management, and integration projects.
• Experience with inventory forecasting and management.
• Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed internal and external resources.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gift card fulfillment projects at fulfillment Partners and coordinate timely deliveries with supply chain partners.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure client service level agreements are met and facilitate relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Generate and analyze detailed supply chain reports, maintain high customer service standards and address client concerns.
• Liaise and communicate to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Create and manage integration projects.
• Coordinate milestones for client onboarding.
• Forecast client inventory needs.
• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately, handling multiple projects and maintaining project artifacts.
• Engage with suppliers on project timelines, provide input on performance reviews, and other duties as assigned.
