About The Position
As a Manager of Fulfillment Operations at Paula's Choice, you will oversee North American and Australian 3PL fulfillment operations, ensuring the performance of multiple warehouse vendors. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, forecasting, project management, and maintaining vendor performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate with various departments and represent the supply chain department as a subject matter expert in 3PL fulfillment operations, with some travel required to visit distribution sites.
