Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic communications and project management professional who thrives on solving problems, connecting dots across functions, and driving alignment. If you have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication instincts, and a natural ability to bring structure to complexity - this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you will play a central part in how Burger King engages with its Franchisee Advisory Board and functional committees, serving as both a strategic communications partner and an operational backbone. You will work directly with senior BK leaders, helping to shape how business priorities are communicated, how meetings are organized and executed, and how follow-through happens across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This requires someone who is as comfortable crafting a compelling narrative as they are managing a meeting calendar, tracking next steps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate brings equal parts communications expertise and project management discipline - a connector and a doer who earns trust through reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what's needed before being asked. This role will report to Director, Communications, BK.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, or project management, ideally within or connected to the QSR or franchise industry

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new platforms quickly
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to understand how business priorities connect across teams and translate that into clear, effective communications
  • A team player who is resourceful, service-oriented, and proactive - someone who takes personal ownership and drives work to completion without needing to be prompted
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining flexible and composed
