About The Position

HelloFresh is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Product & Procurement FP&A team, focusing on the expense side of the P&L. The candidate will work cross-functionally to analyze financial results and highlight key drivers. They will be responsible for developing methodologies, dashboards, and models from both a budget and a forecasting perspective. You will … Be a key business partner for the Procurement and Product teams by providing deep insights and bridging gaps between operational performance metrics and financial results. Develop scalable financial models or reports that align and simplify weekly & monthly business reviews, annual planning, quarterly budgeting and monthly/weekly forecasting processes. Collaborate with the Accounting & Cost Reporting teams on a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to the monthly close process & weekly business reviews. Manage and prepare monthly expense variance commentary and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to track delivery of EBITDA goals. Meet with functional leaders and review on a monthly basis these financial results and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities. Have data analytic discussions in business review meetings with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior management and business managers. Complete ad hoc financial modeling and analysis. Leverage knowledge of HelloFresh organization and work closely with the Business Intelligence team to streamline and build standardized planning and reporting models using Tableau and KNIME.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or consulting.
  • 4 year degree in finance, related business field MBA is a plus
  • Experience leading a team or cross functional project management experience
  • Business partnering experience including experience presenting to senior management
  • Deep understanding of Cost of Sales P&L buildup and cost center structures
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling, experience with ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Business Objects) is a plus
  • Experience building workflows and dashboards in Alteryx, Tableau, or Knime & experience in SQL or python required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning a plus.
  • Experience within the CPG industry or other subscription based businesses
