About The Position
The Manager, Fleet Operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of fleet services during this prestigious event. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fleet Management Transport, this position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including referees, VVIPs, FIFA delegates, and the FIFA workforce. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet operations, ensuring that services are delivered reliably and on time to meet the needs of the established FIFA Client Constituent Groups. In this role, the Manager will optimize fleet performance by developing and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), policies, procedures, and operational plans. This includes producing and reviewing operational documents that support the implementation of fleet operations. The Manager will also assist in the training of staff, oversee operations at the headquarters and official venues, and analyze fleet issues to make recommendations for improvements. Attendance at meetings and site inspections will be required to ensure that all operational aspects are running smoothly. The position demands strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in fleet management software and tools. The Manager will be expected to train and oversee the performance of staff at the headquarters, ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding service during the event.
