About The Position

This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. This is a key position that provides management and oversight of all Commercial Fleet Services in the United States. The position requires supervision of other employees and missionaries working in multiple disciplines. This position also requires supervision of information systems and processes. This position will include some or all of the following: fleet planning and budgeting, vehicle purchases and sells, FMCSA driver and vehicle compliance, maintenance, fuel storage, use, and associated taxes, licensing and registration. This position also is involved in church fleet policy development and changes and ensures that policies are appropriately followed, appropriate work quality is accomplished and that performance metrics are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of all Commercial Fleet Services in the United States
• Supervision of employees and missionaries in multiple disciplines
• Supervision of information systems and processes
• Fleet planning and budgeting
• Vehicle purchases and sales
• FMCSA driver and vehicle compliance
• Maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Management of fuel storage and use, including associated taxes
• Licensing and registration of vehicles
• Involvement in church fleet policy development and changes
• Ensuring compliance with policies and achievement of performance metrics
