14502 - Manager, Financial Systems Support (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite) – Miami, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client Work Setting: hybrid. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. : Availability to work 3 days per week at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required); Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials in both Technical and Functional areas (7–10 years). Experience with Oracle EBS modules including GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, and CE (7–10 years). GL and AP required; PO preferred. Experience supporting global EBS environments and multi-currency financial setups. Experience with incident management and coordinating with third-party support providers (e.g., TCS) to meet SLAs. Experience with Problem Management and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address recurring issues. Experience with Change Request (CR) management, including impact analysis and presentation to Change Review Boards (CRB). Experience managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and escalating issues with Oracle management. Experience reviewing technical solutions and performing code reviews to ensure solution quality. Experience leading a financial systems support team and managing day-to-day operations for accounting period closures. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications or a similar field. Responsibilities : Be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Oversee change requests daily, including review of implementations, impact analysis, and obtaining necessary board approvals. Communicate with brand representatives to prioritize incidents and highlight changes impacting multiple global brands. Manage and escalate Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to ensure timely responses for urgent technical issues. Identify recurring incidents through Root Cause Analysis and suggest proactive remediation to reduce future occurrences. Assist in the implementation and smooth transition of new financial functionalities or tools into the production support environment. Lead the Oracle Financials support team to ensure successful monthly and yearly accounting period closures. Why apply?
