We specialize in Data Management and Strategy (DMS), Data Products Management (DPM), Data Architecture and Engineering (DAE), and Data Analytics and Insights (DAI).

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and/or analytics).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management providing complex consultative services.
  • Superior communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting analytical conclusions to senior officials.
  • Proven application of advanced analytical and statistical methods in the financial services space.
  • Experience working independently and delivering results by critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrated senior-level leadership in engaging with C-level executives.
  • Practical experience in leading and managing teams through a product life cycle.
  • Practical experience using latest technologies for data ingestion, storage, mining/warehousing, big data analytics, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering and presentation creation.
  • Ability to quantify improvement in business areas resulting from optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • A willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%-90%.
  • Valid US passport.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, IT or Engineering preferred.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Experience monitoring performance, reporting, and economics of ongoing progress.
  • Experience quantifying results to the business.
  • Experience with designing, developing, or implementing AI or other automation solutions.
  • Experience with interpreting and adhering to US and international data related regulatory requirements.

  • Base salary range for this job in the US is $125,500 to $230,200.
  • Base salary range for New York City Metro Area is $150,700 to $261,600.
