As a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and rolling out client and industry-centric solutions focused on client onboarding and back-office operations specifically for Capital Market clients. You will ensure the end-to-end delivery of large to medium value global engagements related to onboarding, back-office operations, and managed services. This position requires supervising, mentoring, and managing global staff working on assigned projects, including designing management dashboards to track project deliverables and budget. You will also assist leadership in driving sales in the market by helping to develop technical and commercial proposals that meet client needs, as well as contribute to the development or updating of firm technology operations services methodologies.
