About The Position
The Manager of External Financial Reporting will report to the Director of Financial Reporting within our Controllership function. As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will manage the preparation of the quarterly financial statements, footnotes and Management's Discussion and Analysis reported in the quarterly Form 10-Q, and the annual report/Form 10-K, which involves working with external auditors to assist them in their review and audit of the Company's financial statements. You will also perform technical accounting research and ad hoc accounting analyses for senior management. You will assist in the preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement working with BPC and SAP. The work location is flexible (either Lake Forest or Chicago) and may work from home up to 50%.
