About The Position
UI Health Care's Finance and Accounting Services department is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting and Analytics to provide leadership and direction for enterprise-wide financial and operational reporting using tools such as Power BI and Strata Decision Support. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics that support hospital and physician operations, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives. The manager will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for key reporting functions, such as wRVU reporting, provider compensation, mission effort tracking, funds flow, service line KPIs, and P&Ls, as well as hospital statistics. In addition to supervising two analysts, the manager will also contribute to hands-on development and serve as the lead liaison between finance, IT, and clinical operations. A strong understanding of cost accounting principles and other core financial and accounting frameworks is essential. This position includes strategic leadership responsibilities, a focus on team and system development, and broad accountability for cross-functional reporting integrity and adoption.
