About The Position

We are looking to expand our Financial Planning and Analysis team, where the candidate will be extensively focused on business analytics and help the senior management in driving key business decisions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to understand the overall business operations from a Top-Level Management perspective. We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated finance professional with a proven track record of excellence and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business finance domain including experience in analytics, dashboard creation and presentation to senior management team.
• CPA, MBA or Masters in Finance with SaaS background would be a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and present business cases that drive strategic decision-making and investment.
• Track record of guiding and coaching team members while fostering accountability and growth.
• Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Ability to drive outcomes through a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; requires excellent time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience with Tableau to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, including subscription metrics, revenue recognition, and churn analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the US team related to reporting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct revenue analysis including revenue models, products, price, tenure segmentation, and KPIs.
• Provide FP&A inputs for large promotions and activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and support/sales teams to define revenue targets.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
• Improve revenue forecasting and pacing processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Forecast and report on Key KPIs.
• Monitor and plan marketing expenses.
• Support business planning for new products, markets, and initiatives.
• Own and improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes.
• Automate periodic reporting requirements and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
• Prepare quick and accurate ad-hoc reports based on specific business requirements.
