About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Manager to join its growing FP&A organization. This individual will lead a team of analysts responsible for running a continuous forecasting process, building and updating financial models, management reporting, expense management, and other key activities to support the organization in achieving its operational and financial objectives. This position will report to a Sr. Director whose scope of responsibility is a business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field (MBA is a plus but not required).
  • 6+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience; at least 2 years in people management.
  • Strong financial modeling skills — advanced Excel plus experience with planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM).
  • Proven ability to turn data into insights and narratives, not just numbers.
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts in clear, executive-ready language and graphics.
  • Highly responsible and accountable; takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Track record of driving process improvement and automation.

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a multi-entity environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continuous forecast and planning processes for the assigned business unit, delivering timely and accurate projections, budgets, and longer-term plans.
  • Develop and manage robust driver-based financial models that link operational metrics to targeted business outcomes.
  • Own variance analyses that explain the 'why' behind results that leads to actionable insights.
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to design and deliver dashboards, integrate new data sources, and ensure consistent KPI definitions.
  • Create executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, including financial packages and business performance updates.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including ROI analyses, M&A modeling, and other critical projects.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, setting clear goals, coaching for career growth, and building advanced modeling and analytics skills across the team.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with peers and senior leaders in Operations, Finance, Enterprise Technology, and other groups across the organization.
  • Seek constant process improvement, driving automation and efficiency.
