About The Position

As a Manager, you will partner closely with key North America Supply Chain leaders. You will provide strategic business decision support, general financial analysis and control for the end-to-end Supply Chain Organization in the areas of Cost, Manufacturing, Logistics and Inventory. Additionally, you will have a team of direct reports that support North America Consumer Business (NACB). To be successful, you will leverage broad financial perspective, act as a sounding board and liaison to business support groups and participate directly in the formulation of business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant business program and 7+ years of directly relevant experience; OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Serve as a business partner with NACB Supply Chain teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve budgeted related metrics.
  • Finance lead on strategic initiatives and C$ave projects for NACB Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process.
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting of Supply Chain key financial and operational metrics, cost savings projects and expense projections as well as supply chain related accruals.
  • Lead project-oriented initiatives and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Evaluate, approve and manage Supply Chain capital project spending.
  • Resolve Finished Goods variances at the Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and at Third Party Contract Manufacturers (3PMs).
  • Work with both internal and external auditors, audit recommendations and compliance.
  • Ensure strong communication and change management is developed and executed.
