About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions. This role is critical in translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and manage a high-performing FP&A team to deliver accurate, timely, and data-driven reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems and FP&A software, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Support investment analysis, business cases, and capital planning.
  • Provide insightful analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs and communicate variance drivers.
  • Partner with business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Present financial insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with M&A assessment and acquisition modeling.
  • Drive process improvements in planning and reporting functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial governance and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and treasury teams to ensure data integrity.
