About The Position

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Frontier Airlines will lead a team of analysts to provide financial insights and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires advanced analytical skills, the ability to construct financial models, and proactive communication to support decision-making and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategy, or consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a corporate finance setting.
• Proven experience presenting information to all levels of management, including C-suite.
• Advanced analytical and technical finance skills.

• Industry knowledge and prior airline experience is beneficial.

• Assist with modeling the financial impact of changes to product offerings and strategies.
• Evaluate the company's financial and operational performance across various metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization as a trusted financial advisor.
