We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function and support strategic decision-making across the company. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analytics, while managing a team of analysts and partnering closely with senior leadership. You will play a key role in shaping GoEngineer’s financial strategy by delivering high-quality insights, building scalable processes, and strengthening the company’s financial rigor. The ideal candidate is both a strong people leader and a hands-on financial expert—comfortable switching between strategic thinking, detailed analysis, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced environment.
