About The Position
Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance group ('C&W EDSF') is a premier capital markets team providing solutions for complex transactions on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private investment clients offering a range of debt advisory services including construction, bridge and permanent financing throughout the capital stack including first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine financings and preferred equity. The role reports into the Director of the Financial Analysis Hub, an Advisory shared services platform supporting Capital Markets brokerage within the Americas. The Financial Analysis Hub specializes in valuation modeling and advanced commercial real estate analytics, providing best-in-class financial analysis support across various product types for the benefit of our clients and key stakeholders.
