Position Summary The Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager leads U.S. accounting, global consolidations, and external reporting across Oliver’s multi-entity organization. This role blends operational excellence with strategic transformation—ensuring accurate, timely reporting while continuously improving processes, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing systems. You’ll be a key partner to leadership, delivering insights that drive decisions, manage risk, and improve business performance—while also championing innovation, including automation and AI-driven solutions. 🤖

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA (active or inactive)
  • 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong experience with financial reporting, close processes, and consolidations across international entities
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Big 4 or public accounting background
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment
  • Leadership experience managing teams or complex projects
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, or similar ERP/reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI and automation in finance 💡

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial reporting and global consolidations, delivering accurate, decision-ready insights across regions and business units
  • Manage and develop the U.S. Financial Reporting team, while partnering with international teams to drive a seamless close process 🌎
  • Oversee and optimize OneStream, including system enhancements and collaboration with external consultants and parent company stakeholders
  • Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to streamline reporting and elevate analytics ⚙️
  • Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Play a critical role in the annual audit process, including financial statements and disclosures
  • Strengthen and evolve the internal control environment across U.S. operations
  • Support tax reporting and compliance, including coordination with the parent company tax function
  • Ensure compliance across indirect tax processes (Sales & Use, Payroll Taxes, etc.)
  • Research and apply US GAAP guidance, including new accounting standards
  • Lead and contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
