Job Summary Provides financial and operational leadership to senior management to drive revenue growth, sales execution, and customer experience improvement across direct, retail, field, and indirect channels. This role delivers actionable insights to inform decision-making, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures strong financial governance while leading a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

  • Skills Data Analysis, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Leadership, Month End Reporting, Monthly Close Process, Planning Budgeting And Forecasting (PBF), Team Accountability
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, supporting business planning, forecasting, and in-year execution.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights that enable growth-focused and operational decisions.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance across sales channels, retail stores, field sales, and indirect partners .
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales channel execution, field productivity, and revenue performance , translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate investment returns, cost structures, and profitability to support sustainable growth.
  • Support retail store optimization through performance analysis of traffic, conversion, cost efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess initiatives that improve the customer experience while delivering financial returns.
  • Provide financial oversight and performance analysis for indirect and partner channels.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to partner execution, economics, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and coach Finance team members; drive accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Proactively identify process, capability, and resource improvements to increase team effectiveness.
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
