  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience a must

Responsibilities

  • Correspondence and clerical support for Lone Star Tower and the HOA
  • Process invoices, track and collect rent, for the HOA and Office Tenants
  • Create and process purchase orders
  • Maintain filing system for department
  • Coordinate with realtor for office space
  • TMS duties during race weekends
  • Assist with Property Management and HOA duties
  • Maintain Certificate of Insurance files
  • Work closely with HOA board and homeowners, organizing board meetings, and socials
  • Coordinate with operations department of repairs at the LST
  • Manage Clubhouse rentals
