Requirements

  • BS or BA in Finance
  • Minimum seven years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Computer skills including expertise in Microsoft office package with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • OneStream or Eclipse ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, own, and evolve/automate existing financial reporting
  • Introduce new reporting/visibility through accurate, concise, repeatable, and actionable data analysis
  • Assist with Budgeting/Forecasting activities, including ad-hoc multi-variable scenario simulation
  • Interface with parent company (Sonepar) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to build alignment and efficiency
  • Create and present financial models and business case materials including return on investment metrics
  • Analyze company’s financial data and provide trend analyses
  • Assist in the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support where necessary. At times, this may include involvement in due diligence and other activities surrounding acquisitions/dispositions.
  • Directly supervise financial analyst(s) to achieve group objectives
