This position will take ownership of key financial planning processes, including the long-range financial plan, rolling quarterly forecast, annual operating and capital plans, and Pillar plans The Manager Finance will lead financial analyses for existing and proposed programs, prepare ROI calculations for capital projects, and manage special financial initiatives. You may also oversee planning processes for a network product line. Hybrid – Flexibility to work from home one to two days a week. On-site meeting attendance is required.

Requirements

• Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong leadership skills, including building a team and relationship management.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in accounting and/or finance, Healthcare accounting and/or finance is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems and cost accounting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead key financial planning processes, including long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating and capital plans.
• Conduct and communicate detailed financial analyses for programs and capital projects, including ROI evaluations.
• Manage activities related to web based planning and reporting tools and support special financial projects.
• Use cost accounting systems to gather data and support internal customer needs.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and mentor Finance team members.
• Model organizational values and maintain current skills in financial tools and systems.
