About The Position

The responsibilities of this position include: weekly margin analysis; monitoring the weekly profitability of products; weekly plant production P&L preparation, oversee & assist in the preparation of monthly and annual projections; preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial reviews; preparation of the corporate level balance sheet recons; assisting the Director of Finance with other reporting; other miscellaneous responsibilities as the need arises. Other duties include direct interaction with the Small Bird Poultry corporate staff, timely completion of special projects as determined by management, quarterly MDF and Impaired Inventory reserve, monthly customer billing, and assisting the Directors in developing reports and analysis for business reviews for senior management.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required
• 5 plus years experience
• Standard computer skills
• proficient systems knowledge to include but not limited to AFE, Power BI, SAP ,Power Point, Anaplan
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Travel: 5 - 10
• Direct reports: 1 Intern
